We waited twenty-one years to go to Italy and went first class all the way. I have very high standards in hotels and expectations of value for the money spent. I chose Firebird based on reviews and awards. I felt pre-trip there was great communication and during the trip, they were spot on! Both Anna and Katie were very responsive to clarification of plans, questions, and requests. They both provided a high level of customer service and we felt they went out of their way to ensure our trip was memorable and worth our investment. We had a trip of our lives and I am most grateful to Firebird Tours for making sure the trip was a dream come true! Thank you!
