Amalfi Coast Highlights Tour

Welcome to Naples! After arrival, you will be greeted by your private driver, who will transfer you to your centrally located hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is yours to relax and unwind after your journey.

After breakfast, meet your private guide for a comprehensive tour of Naples, one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world. With its majestic palaces, narrow streets, historic churches, and underground passages from various time periods, Naples' city center remains one of the most preserved in Europe.

Your tour begins in the Monumental Area, where you'll visit Plebiscito Square, the Galleria Umberto I, the San Carlo Opera House, and the Royal Palace of Naples (viewed from the outside). From here, continue to the UNESCO-listed historic center of Naples. Stroll along Via San Gregorio Armeno, famous for its shops dedicated to the iconic Neapolitan Crib, and visit the churches of Gesù Nuovo and Santa Chiara. A highlight of the day is your visit to the Sansevero Chapel Museum, where you can admire some of the finest masterpieces in world art.

As a special treat, immerse yourself in the flavors of Neapolitan street food in the city that is the birthplace of pizza. Choose to try fried pizza or the Neapolitan cuoppo with fried fish, and, of course, enjoy the iconic sfogliatella pastry – Naples’ most famous sweet.

Next, you’ll visit the Dante Metro Station, which features contemporary installations by internationally acclaimed artists. From there, you will take a one-stop ride to the Toledo Metro Art Station, designed with themes of light and water. Located 50 meters (164 feet) below ground level, this station extends beneath the underground water table. After the tour, return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

After breakfast at your hotel, check out and depart from Naples.

Upon arrival in Sorrento, check in at your hotel and spend the rest of the day relaxing at your own pace.

After a delicious breakfast at the hotel, meet your private guide and driver in the lobby of the hotel for a scenic 6-hour journey along the stunning Amalfi Coast. Your first stop will be at the Belvedere of Madonnina, where you can take in the breathtaking panoramic views of Positano from above.

Next, you’ll continue to the charming, historic center of Positano, where you’ll enjoy a walking tour and admire the picturesque vistas of the Amalfi Coast.

A key highlight of the day will be your visit to the medieval Cathedral of Saint Andrew in Amalfi, followed by a stroll through the adjacent Cloister of Paradise.

At the end of the tour, you’ll be transferred back to your hotel in Sorrento.

After breakfast at your hotel, meet your guide in the hotel lobby and walk to the pier for your day trip to Capri Island.

Note: You may choose to upgrade to a private boat ride around Capri for an additional fee of $390 for a single traveler or $210 per person for a group of at least 2 people.

You’ll begin the day with a cruise on a public boat across the Tyrrhenian Sea. Enjoy scenic views of the Sorrento coastline before heading across to Capri, where you’ll have the chance to admire dramatic rock formations. You can also take a refreshing swim in the crystal-clear waters or simply relax on deck while your hydrofoil transports you to the glamorous island of Capri.

Continue the journey to the Faraglioni rocks, where you will explore the Blue, White, and Green Grottos, each illuminated by the sunlight reflecting off the seawater. A visit to the famous Blue Grotto is included in your itinerary.

After the tour, return to your hotel and enjoy the rest of the evening at leisure.

Following breakfast at your hotel, spend the day enjoying the beautiful Amalfi Coast at your own pace. You may also choose to participate in an optional tour.

Discover the region’s culinary delights, from mozzarella and pizza to local ice cream, Baba pastries, and Limoncello. Over the course of 8 hours, delve into the area’s gastronomic history and traditions – a must for food lovers!
