Following delicious breakfast at the hotel, you meet your private guide in the lobby and then enjoy a wonderful walking city tour of all the highlights of Venice.

All the stops on this tour, carefully chosen by us, are to give you a real insight into the city. You see the Rialto Bridge (and Rialto fish market), stroll the quiet streets, peaceful canals and go beyond the areas that visitors usually see. You're out to explore the best Venice hidden architecture and secret stories.

Among many sights you discover are the iconic St. Mark's Basilica, where you see the astonishing Pala D'Oro altar. You go up to Loggia dei Cavalli to enjoy the best panoramic views of St. Mark's Square.

Then you continue on tour of the Doges Palace that includes crossing the Bridge of Sighs, visiting the old prisons and lushly decorated chambers of the Palace.

Today is dedicated to exploring and enjoying Venice on your own. In the afternoon you together with your private driver transfer to the railway station to have a comfortable journey to your next destination, Florence.

Set off to explore the most iconic landmarks in Florence while on a 3-hour walking tour with a professional private guide. 

Today you pay a visit to the renowned Piazza del Duomo, as well as the Baptistery dedicated to St. John the Baptist. Make sure to make the most out of your ticket to the Grande Museo del Duomo, which allows you to visit not only the Cathedral itself but numerous other monuments of Piazza del Duomo during your free time as well. The ticket is valid for 72 hours and provides entrance to the famous Dome, the Bell Tower, and the Cathedral Museum, boasting works by Michelangelo and Donatello. 

Make your way to marvel at Piazza della Signoria, the main square of the city, while walking along several attention-worthy sights, such as Piazza della Repubblica and the Strozzi Palace. You also don't want to miss the chance to wander along one of the most beautiful streets in Florence, the nearby Via Tornabuoni.

Highlights of Rome

When the breakfast in your Florence hotel is over, you check out and meet your private driver for a transfer to the railway station. Rome is just one hour and a half away from you now. You meet your private driver who transfers you to your downtown hotel where you meet with your private guide and hit the road on a tour to discover the famous ancient treasures of the Eternal City.

On your way you see the Spanish Steps, the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, the famous Fountain of the Four Rivers, as well as witness the masterpieces by Bernini, Borromini, and many others.



After the tour, your guide takes you back to the hotel and you have the evening at leisure.

Discovering Ancient Rome

After meeting a delightful morning with breakfast, you meet your guide with a goal to open a treasure chest called Rome on a walking tour. The iconic Roman Forum, located between the Palatine and Capitoline hills, is your first stop. It was the center of politics and rituals in ancient Rome.

Today you can see columns and remains of ancient temples, arches, and buildings, such as the Temple of Caesar and the Arch of Septimius Severus, as well as the adjacent Palatine Hill, which was the site of the city’s first settlements.

The next place you discover today is Rome's symbol - the Colosseum. Formerly known as Flavius amphitheater, it was the biggest and most monumental building of its kind in the Roman Empire. It served as an arena for the gladiators' fights and could hold up to 70 thousand spectators.

After the tour, your guide takes you back to the hotel and you have the evening at leisure.

Vatican Sightseeing

After having breakfast in your hotel, you meet your guide and set off on a journey to the world’s smallest independent state, Vatican*. Today your program includes a visit to the private apartments of Julius II, Pinecone Courtyard, Gallery of the Maps, Gallery of the Tapestries and Gallery of Candelabra.


Then you move to the Sistine Chapel to admire Michelangelo's famous works and learn the history behind them.


Have a coffee break and then continue your Venetia exploration with St. Peter’s Basilica where you can see the famous work of Renaissance sculpture by Michelangelo, an astonishing Pieta, and the Barberini family legacy left to the Basilica.


Your tour ends in St. Peter’s Square, where you can admire Michelangelo's Dome and the gorgeous architecture masterpieces designed by Bernini. 


When the tour is over, you can enjoy your way down to the hotel with your guide, having a photo stop at the legendary Castel Sant'Angelo, which in due times served as a mausoleum, a fortress, refuge and a prison.

Having returned to the hotel, you have the rest of the day at your own leisure.

What To Know

  • You can expect to find some shops and restaurants closed from 1-4 p.m. as it is "Riposo" time, Italy’s midday siesta. Most places will be also closed on Sundays, most restaurants won’t open until 7 p.m. or later
  • Tipping in restaurants is included in the bill, the cover charge is called ”coperto”. A charge from $1 to $3 will be noted on the menu
