Overall fantastic! Everything we could have asked for. The best guides were in Venice & Rome. Some suggestions:
The wine tasting evening that was part of the tour in everyone’s itinerary didn’t happen although we all waited more than 1 hour in the hotel lobby in Florence. 
It wasn’t clear that we were supposed to have printed all out rail tickets before arrival. We were left at the railway station with no tickets on several occasions which was stressful. 
Our guide in Pompeii, Marco, struggled with his English and didn’t seem to know much about the Amalfi coast.
