Recently we came back from a trip to Italy. It was arranged by Firebird Tours. The arrangements made were excellent. Hotels were top notch and strategically located. They were all near walking distance from places of interest. The guides assigned to us were very knowledgeable in the country's history. They were courteous, fluent in English and very flexible. Transportation with the drivers provided were excellent. Overall we had excellent experience. This is a second trip arranged for us by Firebird. I would recommend this company without any reservations to anyone.
